Is it possible to set a passive perception threshold for secret doors? This would allow with automation a secret door becoming immediately visible for someone with a PP high enough.

Generally, this is possible. However I'm personally not interested in writing this feature myself, since I don't play DnD5e. If someone were to write a PR that implements this feature (and also provides doucmentation for the feature in similar quality like the other features of the module are documented) I'd be willing to merge that.
